Your skills
- Completed studies in business,
organisational development, psychology, philosophy or a comparable field - Experience in corporate or
organisational development, ideally in healthcare - Strong understanding of operational
corporate management and quality management - Sound knowledge of project and process management
- Good sense for business potential and new developments
- Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and understanding of current and future developments in the healthcare market
- Pragmatic hands-on mentality, initiative and tact
