Project Administrator Internal Sales D/SP/E
Purchasing, inventory control and drop shipping 90–100% (m/f/d)

In this varied role, you are an important interface between customers, sales, purchasing, logistics and other internal departments. You competently and reliably support your international customers and ensure smooth order processing.

Your tasks

Customer support

• Active and professional contact with international customers (no acquisition)
• Independent customer support according to regional and product allocation (Spain and other countries)
• Processing technical customer enquiries in cooperation with the responsible specialist departments
• Preparation of offers for field sales and KAM
• Analysis and preparation of preliminary and final calculations as well as maintenance of price lists
• Comprehensive order processing from A to Z
• Recording and monitoring of delivery dates and call-offs Coordination with transport agents and freight forwarders Checking invoices and transport costs

Purchasing & Inventory

• Internal purchasing
• Handling of drop shipping transactions
• Inventory management and stock control Management of consignment stocks

Your profile

• Commercial training and possibly further education (HF, sales, marketing, export or similar)
• Several years of practical experience in internal sales and/or order processing Enjoyment of numbers, calculations and price calculations
• Independent, structured, precise and reliable working style and strong customer orientation
• Fluent Spanish skills as well as good English and German Enjoyment of a versatile role with customer contact, numerous internal and external interfaces
