Tasks
- Accompanying, caring for, and supporting our clients in the residential and leisure areas
- Guiding or accompanying daily personal care
- Targeted application of pedagogical processes
- Work with reference persons
- Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives, and external specialists
- Co-creating a cozy living environment through activities such as cooking, decorating, and keeping the premises clean
Profile
- Training in social pedagogy HF/FH
- Experience in working with people with disabilities
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts (no night shifts)
- Fluent oral and written expression in German
- Good PC user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
