- You take on the professional and personnel management of your 2–3 employees and ensure a smooth process in daily operations
- You are responsible for the deployment and holiday planning of the fleet team
- You coordinate service and maintenance work with internal and external service providers and carry out minor repairs on trucks and vans yourself
- You care deeply about vehicle mobility and road safety
- You play an active role in new and replacement acquisitions and oversee technical as well as administrative tasks related to the fleet
- You are responsible for the maintenance and organisation of the company premises, site order, and regular vehicle inspections
- When emergencies arise, you are on hand – you coordinate the maintenance of building services and ensure reliable execution of on-call and Saturday duties together with your team
- As a contact person for internal and external parties, you coordinate the relevant processes concerning fleet, vehicles and infrastructure
- You have completed vocational training as a truck mechanic, road transport specialist or possess an equivalent qualification
- You already hold a forklift licence and a category C driving licence, ideally also category CE
- Your confident use of modern communication tools (e.g. MS Office) and good German language skills make you a strong communicator
- Reliability, flexibility and the willingness to give your all even in stressful moments characterise you
- As a service-oriented personality, you are willing to take on on-call duties
- Close collaboration and efficient coordination with transport and dispatch management come naturally to you
- You have leadership experience and a sense of responsibility – you know how to motivate, support and lead your team purposefully
