Responsibilities:
In direct exchange with customers, you gather requirements, analyse processes and develop suitable concepts
You implement your solutions based on modern cloud technologies and accompany their implementation
You ensure professional customer support as well as clean documentation of projects and results
You take responsibility for Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365, train users and occasionally contribute with blog posts
Qualifications:
You have training as an IT specialist or business informatics specialist or are currently undergoing corresponding training
You are particularly enthusiastic about SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI and want to deepen your knowledge further
Initial practical experience in customer consulting and project implementation provides a good foundation for this position
You master German fluently in writing and speaking; additionally, you communicate confidently in English
