Administrator of the Jura Pastoral Centre Foundation at 80%
Job Description
The administrator serves the French-speaking part of the Diocese of Basel and the Episcopal Vicariate of St. Verena.
- Administrative and financial management of the Jura Pastoral Centre Foundation (CPJ) under the direct responsibility of the competent authority
- Coordination of administrative and financial tasks of the pastoral services attached to the Foundation
- Management of movable and immovable assets
- Leadership of the CPJ administrative staff
- Contribution to the implementation of diocesan and regional pastoral orientations
Desired Profile:
Motivated by working in collaboration with the various services of the Roman Catholic Church, you have:
- a higher commercial education (bachelor or master) in management, administration or economics
- specific skills in accounting
- team management skills
- several years of professional experience in accounting, finance, management control
- proficiency in oral and written communication
- proficiency in standard IT tools
- good knowledge of German
- a keen sense of organisation and negotiation
- the ability to complete projects
- a strong sense of responsibility and discretion
- the ability to welcome, listen and foster a collaborative working environment
- the ability to interact with diverse audiences (volunteers, pastoral staff, various providers)
- aptitude to work in the service of the Roman Catholic Church
- being a member of a recognised Church
