- Maintenance and support of existing IT systems on-site at the customer
- Implementation of client and network installations including configuration
- Support of end users via telephone and helpdesk
- Participation in infrastructure projects from planning to system handover
- Experience in IT support at first and second level
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows environments required
- Understanding of network infrastructures such as VPN, LAN, and WLAN
- Strong customer orientation and good communication skills
- Fluent German, good spoken and written English skills
- Pleasant working environment with motivated and competent colleagues
- High degree of personal responsibility within flat hierarchies
- Attractive internal and external training opportunities in relevant specialist areas
Responsibilities
- Analyse and process technical enquiries in first-level support- Maintenance and support of existing IT systems on-site at the customer

Profile
- Completed IT training EFZ or comparable professional experience- Experience in IT support at first and second level
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows environments required

- Fluent German, good spoken and written English skills
