Accounts Payable Clerk 50% (On-site)

(m/f/d)

Your tasks

• End-to-end processing of the accounts payable process (invoice verification, account assignment, posting, 3‑way match, resolving discrepancies, master data maintenance)
• Support with payment runs as well as assistance with open item lists, accruals, intercompany, document filing, audit
• Operational purchasing (PO creation, status tracking, support via Coupa)
• Maintenance of master data
• Support in the back office (general administrative tasks) as well as occasional accounts receivable support including holiday cover

We expect from you

• Completed commercial or business administration background
• Several years of experience in a similar role and in the area of accounts receivable/accounts payable
• Good knowledge of Swiss VAT (input tax, acquisition tax, correct account assignment)
• Very careful, precise and punctual working style
• Confident German (C1), English skills B1–B2
• Proficient use of MS Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g. Odoo, Coupa) is an advantage
• Willingness to increase workload during holiday cover (flexitime)
