About the job
We are a dynamic team of 9 employees and an architectural firm operating in the Bern Mittelland and Solothurn region, based in Kirchberg.
Our project scope includes a wide range of renovations and new constructions in residential buildings, public buildings, as well as commercial and industrial construction.
We need reinforcement in our team and are looking for:
Construction Manager / Site Manager Building Construction (80-100%)
Your tasks
- Organisation and supervision of the construction site
- Scheduling and site workflows (construction programme)
- Preparing tenders/submissions (MesserliBAUAD)
- Drafting of contracts
- Cost coordination (invoice verification, cost control, construction accounting)
- Support of clients/customers during the construction phase
- Site acceptance/defect rectification/warranty acceptance
Your skills
- You have completed a professional apprenticeship as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture, building draughtsperson, or a completed apprenticeship in the main construction trade
- You have completed further training as a construction manager or HF technician in construction planning specialising in architecture (or are in training), or you bring many years of experience as a construction manager
- You can demonstrate solid knowledge of construction administration software (preferably MesserliBAUAD) and are proficient in the use of MS Office
- You have a sense for the essentials and work result- and solution-oriented; you also have an independent, structured and precise working method
- You have assertiveness, can organise and coordinate well
- You have a customer- and team-oriented attitude
