HR Business Partner 80-100% (m/f/d)

Who are we looking for?

For our HR team, we are looking for a flexible, motivated and team-oriented personality with high reliability from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

You are resilient and work precisely, pragmatically as well as independently and structured. Your IT affinity, your pronounced communication skills and your enthusiasm characterise you as much as your solution-oriented way of thinking and your joy in shaping and further developing HR processes.

You succeed in attracting people to our company. With empathy and tact, you meet candidates and managers at eye level. Commitment, discretion and loyalty are a matter of course for you.

As part of our HR team in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, you are a central contact person for managers and employees in all personnel-related matters. In close cooperation with HR management, you ensure the implementation of the HR strategy and compliance with labour law and regulatory requirements.

You advise and support the line and employees throughout the entire employee life cycle – from hiring to departure – and competently support all HR topics, including labour law issues.

What are your main tasks?

• Advising and supporting managers and employees throughout the entire employee life cycle (from hiring to departure) including labour law topics
• Sparring partner for managers in leadership, team and performance issues
• Operational work in daily HR business (recruitment, onboarding, changes, time recording, entries and exits including temporary employment)
• Participation in change and organisational development projects
• Planning and coordination of personnel development and training measures
• Ensuring correct and timely payroll and social insurance processing
• Participation in the further development of HR processes, guidelines and instruments
• Analysis of HR key figures and derivation of appropriate measures
• Commitment to health management and initiatives to promote engagement and corporate culture

What do you bring?

You have completed a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification. Ideally, you have already obtained the Swiss HR specialist certificate or are currently undergoing corresponding further training.

You bring several years of experience in operational HR management, preferably in a generalist function with direct line contact, and have sound knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law. With your pronounced consulting competence, your high service orientation and your confident appearance, you move confidently at all hierarchical levels.

In addition, you are characterised by a high IT affinity and have very good user knowledge of MS Office as well as applicant management systems (knowledge of ABACUS is an advantage). German is your mother tongue; good French and English skills complete your profile.
