Marketing Assistant 80 - 100%

Your areas of responsibility (sales and initial rental)

• Obtain property data, prepare images & text
• Create marketing documentation in the company’s corporate design
• Create advertisements (online / print)
• Contribute to updating the homepage
• Process sales and rental offers/orders
• Organise viewing appointments
• Conduct handovers of rental apartments
• Support interested parties, maintain database
• Create fee, final accounts and reports
• Handle correspondence and telephone enquiries

Your profile

• You have completed commercial training
• You have professional experience, preferably in the real estate sector
• You work independently, in a structured manner and take responsibility for your tasks
• You have a flair for images & text
• You enjoy working in a team and are customer-oriented
• You have good IT skills and enjoy working digitally
