YOUR TASKS

• Administrative handling of defined HR processes in day-to-day business
• Independent processing of standard and complex HR cases according to defined processes and guidelines
• Administrative handling of the reference letter process in the system including formal quality checks (e.g. completeness, format, data consistency) and administrative corrections
• Ensuring compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and all deadlines
• Conducting random checks and quality controls as well as maintaining correct personnel and employment data in the personnel information system CONNECT (SuccessFactors)
• Supporting the team during operational bottlenecks and assisting in the implementation of process improvements in close cooperation with the team and interfaces

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial basic training as well as further training as an HR assistant with certificate
• Several years of professional experience in HR administration, ideally in a Shared Service Center or an SLA-oriented environment
• Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors as well as confident MS Office user skills
• High resilience and flexibility as well as the ability to keep an overview and set the right priorities even with a large workload
• Precise, reliable and structured way of working as well as pronounced service orientation
• Very good German skills, French and English skills are an advantage
