For our client, an industrial company in the Zurich region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a period of up to seven months for a HR Generalist / a HR Generalist 80-100%, a dedicated individual who proactively supports the team in improving and further developing HR processes. In this versatile position, you are responsible for all personnel-related tasks and significantly shape the corporate culture.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You are a reliable partner for managers and employees and provide practical advice on all personnel-related and labour law matters
• Your core tasks include the further development and implementation of modern HR concepts that significantly contribute to efficiency improvements
• You accompany the entire employee life cycle – from recruitment through onboarding to personnel development and offboarding
• The management of personnel data and the careful maintenance of personnel files fall within your area of responsibility
• You support payroll accounting, prepare employment contracts and references, and participate in administrative HR processes

You offer your new employer:

• You have a commercial education, a completed degree in Human Resources or a comparable field
• Through your many years of professional experience in the personnel area, especially in generalist HR functions, you have already gained versatile experience
• With your sound knowledge of labour law and your expertise in current HR trends and processes, you develop legally compliant and practical solutions
• You are strong in communication, possess pronounced consulting skills and can mediate well even in demanding situations
