Of course, you already know our beverages – Coca-Cola, Fanta, and Sprite. But what’s inside, what’s behind them? With us, you will become a beverage expert!

As a Brewer and Beverage Technologist EFZ, you produce ready-to-consume beverages from raw materials using modern production equipment. You control and monitor the manufacturing process, check relevant parameters, regularly take samples, and document the corresponding work steps. Furthermore, you perform laboratory analyses to ensure quality. What you have learned during the school block weeks can be applied immediately in the company.

You have good to very good grades in the core subjects of upper or middle secondary school, especially in mathematics, biology, chemistry, and physics
