Project Manager ERP Implementation 80% (m/f)

Nahrin AG is a Swiss family business with a long tradition. Since 1954, we have been developing and manufacturing high-quality kitchen and dietary supplement products in Sarnen (OW). The range includes tasty bouillons, spices, soups and sauces as well as innovative products for wellbeing and health.

You combine project management expertise with a good understanding of business processes and ERP systems. Ideally, you have already supported ERP implementations and can capture, prioritise and successfully implement requirements in a structured manner.

Your Task

As project manager for our ERP implementation, you form the central interface between management, internal specialist departments (such as finance, production, logistics, etc.) and our external software provider.

Your Profile

You convince professionally through:

• Experience in project and requirements management
• Excellent understanding and passion for business processes in areas such as sales, purchasing, logistics, production, finance, etc.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Comarch ERP Enterprise
• Experience in collaborating with external implementation partners and managing project scope, deadlines and costs

Personally, you are characterised by:

• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with various stakeholders
• Empathy and tact in dealing with change processes
• Assertiveness and the ability to make clear decisions
• Entrepreneurial thinking and solution orientation
• Resilience, flexibility and a cool head – even in demanding project phases
