We are looking for a committed individual for our Finance & Controlling department to support our team as a Junior Business Partner Controlling in the Sales Centre Switzerland. In this versatile role, you will combine controlling, finance, and fleet management and work closely with various specialist departments.

Then you might be exactly the person we are looking for. In this role, you will support the further development of our controlling and simultaneously make an important contribution to efficient finance and fleet management processes.
What tasks will you undertake?
You will
- support the operational controlling activities (including accounting) in day-to-day business and participate in budgeting, forecasts, as well as monthly and annual financial statements.
- prepare and evaluate business management key figures, reports, as well as contribution margin, cost, and profitability analyses.
- prepare VAT returns in collaboration with accounting.
- support the specialist departments as a business management contact for financial and operational questions.
- participate in cost centre controlling and identify optimisation and efficiency enhancement potentials.
- manage operational fleet management, including vehicle scheduling, master data maintenance, and advising employees and managers.
- contribute to the further development of processes, reports, dashboards, and digital solutions in the area of Finance & Controlling.
What do we expect from you?
You
- have a completed degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification.
- bring initial professional experience in controlling, finance, or accounting.
- possess a strong affinity for numbers as well as analytical and conceptual skills.
- work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
- have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and are interested in digital tools and reporting systems.
- convince through communication skills, teamwork, and a strong service orientation.
