Your tasks

• Management of demanding ICT and digitalisation projects from initiation to successful implementation and handover to operations.
• Taking over project management for the introduction of a new Identity & Access Management solution (IAM) as one of the central tasks in the first year.
• Overall responsibility for quality, deadlines, costs, benefits and risks of the projects.
• Leading interdisciplinary project teams and external partners as well as active stakeholder and change management.
• Analysis and structuring of requirements and development of sustainable solutions together with specialist departments, ICT architecture, information security and operations.

Your profile

• Completed studies (FH/University) in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in successfully managing complex ICT and digitalisation projects.
• Sound knowledge of classical and/or agile project management methods; relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Strong business and process understanding as well as experience in collaboration with specialist departments, ICT specialists and external partners.
• Analytical and structured working style, strong communication and leadership skills as well as very good German and good English skills; experience in healthcare is an advantage.
