We support business clients with our telephone order service and secretarial service, playing an important role in their daily communication. Our aim is to appear professional, reliable and at the same time personal. For this, we are looking for a committed individual who enjoys taking responsibility and supports our team in Zurich as Deputy Managing Director with a 60% workload.
Your area of responsibility:
- Collaboration with management as well as independent handling of organisational and administrative tasks
- Hub function in communication with customers and employees
- Responsibility for invoicing and administrative tasks (no accounting)
- Participation in personnel management, especially planning of assignments and support of employees
- Participation in the telephone switchboard

You ensure that both our customers and employees always feel welcome, well cared for and in the best hands.
What you bring:
- Experience in leadership and personnel management
- You are familiar with common computer programmes and quickly find your way around new programmes
- Confident communication and a quick grasp
- Independent, reliable and structured personality
- Resilience, flexibility, teamwork skills and a sense of humour
- Swiss German as mother tongue and good English skills (French welcome)
