You take responsibility for the entire recruitment process and contribute your expertise in a varied and dynamic environment.

What you achieve

• Conducting the entire recruiting process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and contract negotiations
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience through comprehensive support of candidates throughout the entire application process
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to understand the requirements of the positions and fill them optimally
• Handling all administrative tasks as well as co-responsibility for processing tickets
• Identifying and approaching qualified candidates via social networks
• Supporting the introduction of a new recruiting tool and actively contributing to the continuous optimisation of recruiting processes
• Supporting employer branding, especially in defining HR marketing measures

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: In the commercial/business administration area with further training in HR/Recruiting
• Professional experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Recruiting Partner
• Communicative and open personality with a strong service orientation
• High self-motivation and initiative
• Team-oriented working style and ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
• German (C1)
