Your tasks:
- You manage on-call lists and absence notes and always keep an overview
- You take care of the mutations of our customer lists and ensure they are up to date
- You support us with general administrative tasks and are a real organizational talent
- You advise customers when needed and conclude standard contracts
- You speak Swiss German, English, and French fluently
- You have completed commercial training and bring solid expertise
- You are proficient in using a PC and have advanced IT skills – Excel, Word & Co. are familiar to you
- Communication is your strength – you can express yourself clearly and professionally and always keep an overview
- Italian? Even better! If you are proficient in this language, it is a plus
We also expect from you:
- You have some experience in project management or are willing to familiarize yourself with this area
- You have already gained initial experience working with various departments or external partners
- You work in a structured and reliable manner – chaos? Not with you!
- You are eager to take responsibility and actively contribute your own ideas to projects
- You enjoy advising and bring a sales-oriented personality
