Logistics Specialist with Dangerous Goods Experience

Warehouse Operational Services Employee Pharma (100%) | Basel

For our client in the pharmaceutical sector in Basel, we are seeking a reliable and experienced individual as a Warehouse Operational Services Employee (100%) starting 15.10.2026 or at the latest 01.11.2026.

• Responsibility for the correct operational handling of storage, goods receipt and goods issue processes in compliance with all GMP, GDP and compliance requirements
• Execution of goods receipt and goods issue
• Checking materials regarding quantity, material and batch number
• Packing and shipping handling of GMP, dangerous goods, refrigerated and frozen shipments
• Bookings in SAP and other relevant systems
• Conducting inventories
• Support during audits, inspections and updating of SOPs
• Participation in projects and active involvement in process optimisations
• Support in identifying and resolving disruptions in operational processes

• Completed training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ
• At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in the GMP/GDP regulated area
• Very good SAP and MS Office skills
• Valid licence for industrial trucks
• Very good German skills (at least level B2)
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Strong service and customer orientation
• High resilience, flexibility and team spirit

• English skills in spoken and written form
• Training or experience in the dangerous goods sector
