The Terra Vecchia Foundation works with people on the future. The focus is on personal goals, autonomy, and meaningful perspectives. The Saurenhorn Social Therapy is an inpatient social therapy for abstinent and substituted men aged 20 and over with a substance-related addiction disorder.

As a complement to our team, we are looking for a

Social Therapy Specialist 80%

(Due to the current team composition, we especially encourage men to apply.)

Your tasks

Comprehensive support and reference person activities for clients with chronic addiction disorder within a social therapeutic framework

Networking and close collaboration with cooperation partners, authorities, families, and other relevant third parties

Participation in experiential education during project weeks

Interdisciplinary teamwork

Participation in working groups and projects of the overall organization

Your profile

Degree in Social Work or comparable education

Current and solid expertise and several years of experience, preferably in the areas of addiction disorder and communication

Resource- and solution-oriented thinking and acting

Resilient and thoughtful personality with the ability to support people in their development even in challenging situations

Independent work, good organizational and administrative skills

Driver's license category B
