We are seeking a Chef de Partie with excellent expertise in upscale Swiss gastronomy for the new, renowned restaurant x1291 ächt.guet. If you are a committed individual who enjoys relieving the host/head chef in all matters and likes to delight guests, then we look forward to your application.
Job requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a cook with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy
- Affinity for high-quality fresh raw materials
Scope of duties
- Responsible for a smooth and clean workflow in the kitchen
- Preparation of dishes and consideration of HACCP/GHP
- Independent management of the station
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal company guidelines
Personal requirements
- Passion for the profession including customer-oriented thinking
- Neat appearance
- Reliable and responsible
- Fluent (Swiss) German
- Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
