About the job

Do you have extensive experience in human resources and want to take on a versatile role with concrete influence in everyday work? As an HR partner, you accompany our employees and managers through the various stages of their professional careers, contribute your expertise for the benefit of the company, and actively help to further develop our HR processes.

This is your job

• Complete personnel administration from entry to exit (contracts, changes, personnel files, references, agreements and other administrative processes)
• Absence and time management (support and processing of sickness and accident cases, EO, IV and unemployment issues as well as management of absences and time tracking)
• Recruitment and personnel acquisition (creation of job advertisements, application selection, interviews and support throughout the entire onboarding process)
• Organisation of training and further education (support and coordination of training, organisation of language courses, support for apprentices and participation in HR projects)
• Support for managers and employees (advice on personnel matters, handling personnel-related issues and assistance with administrative and organisational concerns)
• Payroll and social insurance (monthly payroll processing, contact with insurance companies, authorities and social partners)

This is what you bring

• Successfully completed commercial training with further education in HR
• Several years of professional experience in HR within an industrial company as well as solid HR expertise (mandatory)
• Experience with the ERP system Abacus is an advantage
• Structured, independent and proactive working style
• German as main language and very good knowledge of French (mandatory)
