Export Clerk 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our ROCKEN partner develops and manufactures customised threaded drives with specific geometry, ideal materials and suitable hardening processes. Innovative and 100% Swiss quality - and at the same time cost-effective.
The required special tools are produced by our ROCKEN partner itself. This enables the company to achieve a short time-to-market for application-optimised products of the highest precision and efficiency. Various standard threaded drives complete the range.
Responsibilities:
Processing incoming customer orders from receipt to delivery
Coordination of national and international transports
Preparation of invoices, delivery notes and export documents
Handling electronic customs declarations via EDEC
Checking incoming transport costs and customs accounts
Obtaining and comparing transport offers from freight forwarders
Organisation of daily goods dispatch
Supporting the sales team during absences
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with further education in export or foreign trade
Several years of experience in export, shipping or international order processing
Confident use of MS Office and digital business systems
Good knowledge of Swiss export and customs processes
Independent and structured working style
Strong understanding of business contexts
Technical understanding and confident communication with internal departments
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
