The Association for Social Psychiatry BL is committed to the social inclusion of people with mental health impairments and offers various services in the areas of housing and day structure for more than 650 people. Our Support Centre, with around 27 employees, provides professional, economic and organisational foundations in the areas of finance, personnel, ICT and operations.
In this key role, you combine professional responsibility for finance and accounting with a co-management function. You shape financial control, further develop processes and actively contribute to strategic issues as well as continuous organisational development.
What you can achieve with us
- You steer the financial development of the association, analyse relevant key figures and create well-founded decision-making bases for the management and the strategic development of the organisation
- You are responsible for compliance with relevant legal and professional requirements in the financial area and ensure transparent accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER
- You provide important impulses for the areas of finance, personnel, ICT and operations, thereby making a significant contribution to a well-positioned and future-proof organisation
- As part of the leadership team, you share responsibility for the entire organisation and represent the support area both within and outside the association
- You live a collective and appreciative leadership culture and create conditions in which employees can act independently and according to their competencies

Why you will succeed
- You have a higher education in finance and accounting (federal specialist certificate) or a university degree (Uni/FH) in business administration or a comparable qualification
- You bring proven experience in financial management and accounting of associations, foundations or public-law organisations as well as sound knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER
- You are proficient in financial management, budgeting and controlling and understand how to manage financial relationships proactively
- Leadership experience and a leadership understanding characterised by commitment, appreciation and shared responsibility distinguish you
- You think entrepreneurially, networked and cross-departmentally and enjoy bringing together different specialist areas and perspectives
- Initiating, accompanying and sustainably implementing changes and developments is part of your working style
