All about pensions or what? You know what it’s all about.

Whoever checks the applications for the AHV pension, clarifies data and calculates pensions for future AHV pensioners in advance, does an important job – namely yours. What you do as a caseworker is of great significance to the insured persons.

Your new role is as diverse and exciting as life itself: You handle the majority of applications from registration to case closure with the decision sent to the client. Then there are applications you must reject because the conditions are not met. Or you issue a reclaim if the benefit receipt was not or only partially justified. In divorces, you process requests for income splitting. You support pension applications from the EU or EFTA area knowledgeably and patiently. When clients have questions, you provide information in writing and by phone.

Have you prepared for this varied and demanding job in business administration with a B-profile? Very good! Are you considering a lateral or re-entry into the profession? That is also possible. Home office? Of course! Part-time? Certainly possible. The main thing is that you are a personality who likes to think along, take initiative and flourish in a dynamic environment.
