In this versatile role, you are much more than a specialist – you are a key contact person and co-creator:

• Care process: You are responsible for the holistic care and support of the residents and manage the entire care process (including needs assessments).
• Professional responsibility: You take on daily and professional responsibility and act as deputy to the team leader.
• Coordination: You plan and accompany medical rounds and lead internal reports as well as professional discussions.
• Development: You actively contribute to the further development of care quality and support internal as well as external events.

Your profile: Professional competence with heart

You are a balanced personality who keeps an overview even in hectic moments:

• Qualification: Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF (or an equivalent, SRK-recognised qualification).
• Experience: Several years of professional practice, ideally with sound knowledge in long-term care.
• Skills: Confident German, proficient use of MS Office, and willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Soft skills: You are service-oriented, reliable, and possess the necessary tact as well as a healthy sense of humour.
