The University of Basel is committed to a respectful working culture in which the personal integrity of students and staff is respected and protected. The Personal Integrity Office is tasked with supporting this respectful working culture and offers advice and time-limited support, conflict moderation, prevention and knowledge transfer as well as cultural development along the Code of Conduct for all university members and students. The office reports directly to the Vice-Rectorate People & Culture.
For the area of knowledge transfer, we are seeking a temporary project staff member. The person supports the co-leaders in reviewing and implementing digital and analogue learning content on specialist and methodological knowledge for the protection of personal integrity and conflict resolution.
Your Tasks
- Research on good practices of digital educational formats and self-learning materials from other prevention offices and review regarding applicability in the university learning and working environment as well as recommendations to the co-leadership
- Review of the technical compatibility of any learning formats (e.g. e-learnings, blended learning) with the university's digital infrastructure
- Architecture, design and technical implementation of a practical toolbox for staff and students on prevention topics (target group-appropriate learning materials, information materials, guidelines, etc.)
- If suitably qualified in subject and didactics: content collaboration on the materials provided in the toolbox
- Revision of communication regarding the university Code of Conduct
- Collaboration on team matters
Your Profile
- Completed degree or further training in educational sciences, educational technologies or related fields (e.g. adult education, pedagogy, didactics)
- Experience in the conception and implementation of digital learning content as well as proven project management skills
- Ability to prepare complex content in a target group-appropriate, differentiated and practical manner
- Independent, proactive as well as structured and team-oriented working style
- Diversity-sensitive visual and design skills
- Experience with area setup and administration in Atlassian Confluence, the university's internal wiki tool, web maintenance in CMS Magnolia, provision of learning content via LMS Ilias/Adam
- Confident use of Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
