Your mission
Solve complex issues simply
You independently handle demanding business cases such as KESB mandates, precautionary orders, deaths, clubs, condominium owners' associations (STWEG) and other complex customer constellations.
The expert in the background
You support our customer advisors and our customers with questions about accounts, cards, payment transactions, e-banking as well as pension and vested benefits solutions and ensure professional processing.
Service that inspires
You are a reliable contact person by phone and administratively and find pragmatic solutions with high service quality.

What do you bring with you?
What you bring
Experience
You have several years of experience in front support or middle office of a bank and are well versed in complex business cases as well as regulatory requirements.
Expertise
You bring broad banking knowledge in retail banking and handle demanding issues confidently, structured and independently.
Education
You have completed a banking commercial apprenticeship EFZ. Further training in the banking sector is an advantage.
