Your tasks:

• Competently advising customers via digital channels
• Supporting customers with their daily banking transactions
• Identifying further needs and offering suitable products from the areas of payments, savings, and pensions
• Raising customer awareness for digital solutions
• Handling additional administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training or equivalent qualification
• Initial professional experience in the banking or insurance sector is an advantage
• Strong affinity for digital applications
• Very good German skills (level C2), good to very good French skills are an advantage
• Enjoy advising customers
