YOUR TASKS
- Responsibility for the strategic support and expansion of defined accounts in the Business Process Services sector in Switzerland
- Building and further developing sustainable relationships with decision makers and relevant stakeholders at C-level
- Analysing customer needs and developing suitable solution approaches and customer-specific value propositions
- Creating and implementing account plans as well as actively managing up- and cross-selling potentials
- Conducting business reviews, status meetings, and strategic customer discussions
- Coordinating contract renewals, change requests, and commercial matters in close collaboration with operations and service management
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and contract-compliant service delivery
- Identifying optimisation potentials regarding revenue, profitability, and service quality
- Maintaining all customer-relevant information and activities in the CRM system
- Close collaboration with internal teams and various service lines
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable further education
- Several years of experience in account management or sales of complex services, ideally in the outsourcing environment in the banking, insurance, or public administration sectors
- Proven success in building and developing strategic customer relationships
- Confident appearance at management and C-level as well as pronounced communication and negotiation skills and an existing network of decision makers and stakeholders in the market.
- High customer and service orientation combined with entrepreneurial thinking
- Experience in dealing with KPIs, forecasts, business cases, and commercial figures
- Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
- Team-oriented personality with a strong networking mindset
- Very good German and English skills, French an advantage
- Clean criminal record and debt collection register extract
