We are an established and experienced company in the field of event technology, specialising in professional solutions in lighting, sound, video, and streaming.

To strengthen our young and committed team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated individual (m/f/d) as:

Commercial Allrounder 40 - 100% (Home office possible)
(Job sharing on a part-time basis also possible)

Your tasks:

• Administration: Handling general correspondence by letter and email, correspondence, scheduling
• Accounting: Accounts payable and receivable, dunning, VAT accounting, assistance with annual financial statements, independent management of payroll accounting
• HR: Assistance with recruitment, drafting contracts and references, personnel administration, maintenance of employee data
• Disposition: Independent organisation in the areas of materials, personnel, and transport for all events, maintaining contact with existing freelancers

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training, also suitable for returnees
• Several years of experience in at least two of the mentioned areas
• Solid Office user skills (Excel, Word, accounting tool e.g. Bexio)
• You enjoy working independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• You are an organisational talent and enjoy dealing with customers and suppliers
• You enjoy working in a small, collegial team
