Your Tasks
- Co-responsibility for the culinary well-being of our residents and restaurant visitors as a member of a dedicated kitchen team
- Support the Head of Kitchen in organising and leading the kitchen team
- Assistance with menu planning, ordering, and training of apprentices
- Ensuring professional preparation of healthy, tasty, and varied meals according to Domicil standards
- Ensuring smooth daily operations through organisational skills
- Careful and economical handling of food and kitchen equipment
- Strict adherence to hygiene regulations and quality standards
- Work in early or late shifts without room duty
- On average, two free weekends per month

- Qualified Cook (EFZ)
- Additional training as a diet cook advantageous
- Higher vocational training advantageous
- Quality awareness and organisational skills
