About the job

The Männedorf school fulfills its tasks with a seven-member school board and has been operationally managed by the school administrations for 11 years. Each school level forms its own school unit. The kindergarten level includes ten kindergartens at three locations. Together with around 320 employees, they are committed to the educational care and well-being of around 1,100 students and kindergarten children.

School Special Education Teacher Kindergarten (30-90%)

The kindergarten level in Männedorf is waiting for an open-minded, innovative, and collegial special education teacher who complements our mixed, very committed, very helpful, and cheerful team. The Männedorf school is characterized by many resources, a well-thought-out school development, a present school management, and employee offers such as sports discounts, joint cross-level lunches, whole school aperitifs, training with external experts and overnight stays, free coffee, and coaching hours.

Your tasks

  • Support of students in about three classes (currently not entirely clear; could also be two or four classes)
  • Planning and implementation of support for students integrated into regular school.
  • Exchange and collaboration with class teachers, parents, specialist teachers, therapists, and external consultants.
  • Participation in internal training, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
  • Participation and/or involvement in school projects.

Your profile

  • Preferably you have training as a school special education teacher, are already in training, or are interested in starting it.
