Our client is a modern care institution in the Canton of Zug that supports elderly people with various care and support needs. In a professional environment, the residents with their individual needs are at the centre. Especially in the dementia area, great importance is placed on needs-oriented care, high quality nursing, and respectful interaction. As Co-Head of a protected ward, you work closely with the department head and help shape the daily routine of a nursing team of around 25 people. You combine leadership responsibility with your professional proximity to care and are an important contact person for residents, relatives and staff.

Your area of responsibility with the new employer
- Co-responsibility for the management and organisation of a protected ward with around 23 residents as well as support of the department head in daily leadership tasks
- Responsibility for a smooth daily routine and central contact person for residents, relatives, doctors and staff
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of individual care processes including complete documentation and performance recording in the RAI system
- Support and promotion of apprentices as well as assistance to new employees in their professional and personal integration into the team
Your advantages for the new employer
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland with SRK recognition
- Solid experience in the care and support of people with dementia as well as genuine interest in resident-oriented care
- Leadership experience is an advantage – more important are your willingness to take responsibility and your interest in targeted development of your leadership skills
- Open, humorous and solution-oriented personality with strong communication skills and German language skills at least at B2 level
