Responsibilities

• Operational management of the administration
• Specialist responsibility within the team for claims management
• Ensuring efficient handling of claims cases
• Optimisation and further development of processes in claims management
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines
• Collaboration with internal and external partners

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training in the insurance sector or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in claims management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Analytical thinking and structured working method
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages advantageous
