About the job
HR Assistant (80%)
- You are part of our four-person HR team. In this role, you take on a central background function and ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality HR administration for around 230 employees – with a clear focus on operational support of the team.
- Support in daily administrative tasks, especially in the preparation of contracts and work references
- Responsibility for onboarding new employees, including organising and coordinating induction programmes and training
- Administrative involvement in recruitment processes
- Independent management of absence administration
- Recording and maintenance of master data as well as ensuring flawless management of personnel files
- Close collaboration with the HR generalist and support with various administrative tasks
- Taking on further general administrative duties in the HR area
- Completed commercial training
- Completed further training as a personnel assistant with initial professional experience in HR
- Structured, reliable, and very meticulous working style
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment of a supportive, administratively focused role
- Discreet and responsible personality who ensures consistently high quality even with recurring tasks
- Team player motivated to contribute significantly to smooth operations behind the scenes
- Independent, proactive working style within own area of responsibility as well as good prioritisation skills
- Fluent German and good English skills
