The team you will be part of includes pricing, underwriting, offer development, and controlling. What to expect You will develop tariffs for new supplementary health insurance products and be an essential part of the offer development and FINMA approval processes You will contribute significantly to the transformation of the new product range and shape the newly developed, highly innovative products from the outset You will embody the interface to AXA’s reserving (2nd opinion on actuarial provisions, ageing provisions, data deliveries to FINMA) You will be responsible for actuarial controlling and its further development. You are not afraid to "challenge" relevant assumptions and figures of the health business and manage all products according to IFRS 17 as well as statutory requirements What you bring You hold a university degree with a quantitative focus, ideally in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, data science, economics, physics, computational science, or a comparable field You have the Actuary SAV qualification or equivalent You bring relevant experience in a similar position, ideally in health insurance You have in-depth knowledge and solid experience with the programming languages "R" or "Python" and enjoy programming. Furthermore, the application of AI in the actuarial field and data management (databases, cloud, GCP) are not foreign to you You are characterised by your analytical thinking, quick comprehension, independence, sensitivity to people, and a strong flair for numbers and processes What we offer We are convinced: satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
