About the job
What is my role?
Management, professional support and targeted promotion of a service team with around 13 employees
Ensuring first-class service quality and efficient, customer-oriented service
Building and maintaining a constructive team culture as well as actively supporting employees in their professional and personal development
Regular presence on site during maintenance work, fault repairs and repairs to maintain direct contact with customers, team and daily business
Proactive strengthening of the repair business by identifying and communicating repair opportunities
Monitoring key performance indicators and initiating appropriate measures for continuous optimisation of quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction
Coordination and organisation of on-call service including ensuring reliable substitution arrangements
Active participation in the design and optimisation of processes, structures and organisational workflows in the service area
What do I need to be successful?
Successfully completed technical vocational training, for example as a polymechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, plant and apparatus builder or electrician
Extensive practical experience in service, customer service or repair of lift systems is essential
Previous leadership experience or a strong desire to take the next career step into a management position
Enthusiasm for inspiring, developing employees and achieving common goals as a team
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take responsibility and actively drive change processes
Strong doer and decision-maker mindset with a positive, creative approach
Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are a plus
