For the Mobile Applications division, we are looking for a Software Engineer Mobile Applications / Technical Lead who enjoys challenging software development and wishes to actively shape technical decisions. Together with a small, well-coordinated team, you will work on versatile mobile applications, modernise existing solutions, and contribute your own ideas. In doing so, you will actively shape the technological direction of the product area and take on professional responsibility. At the same time, you remain close to the code yourself and bring in your technical expertise to set new impulses.

Your challenge

• Software Engineering & Product Development
  • Development, extension, and maintenance of applications in the ERP, warehouse, logistics, and service environment
  • Active participation in the entire development cycle – from requirements analysis and conception through implementation and testing to release
  • Modernisation of existing applications with a focus on future-proof software architectures
  • Ensuring a high-quality, long-term maintainable, and consistent codebase
• Professional responsibility & interface to other areas
  • Gradual assumption of professional responsibility for the Mobile Applications area
  • Co-design of the technical direction and development of sustainable solution concepts
  • Close collaboration with project managers, other development teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Review of technical concepts as well as coordination of new functionalities across team boundaries
• Technology, processes and standards
  • Further development and optimisation of development processes, especially in the areas of testing, code quality, and release management
  • Bringing in own ideas and new technological approaches for the continuous improvement of applications and processes

Your qualities and talents

• Solid computer science education (FH, HF, university or ETH) or comparable qualification
• At least five years of solid professional experience in software engineering with very good knowledge in the .NET environment; experience with .NET MAUI and Android is a particular advantage
• Good understanding of software architecture, code quality, and modernisation of existing applications; knowledge in the development of Windows and backend applications is an advantage
• Strong affinity for ERP systems and operational business processes, ideally complemented by experience in logistics or industrial environments
• Initial experience in professional leadership desirable; alternatively, solid experience in development and potential as well as motivation to take on professional responsibility
• Initiative, willingness to shape, and an independent, structured way of working, combined with strong communication skills and high team orientation
• Business fluent German; English skills are an advantage
