Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for a Sales Funnel Manager (m/f/d) 100 % for our location Küssnacht am Rigi to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for transparency and control of group-wide sales key figures (revenue, incoming orders, order backlog)
• Further development of the global sales funnel, creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards
• Preparation of global forecasts and demand planning to support sales and corporate planning
• Analysis of sales data, deriving recommendations for management and sales
• Business partner for sales managers in the areas of performance, margin and opportunity management
• Ensuring a consistent data basis in SAP and BI systems
• Continuous improvement of forecasting methods, reporting standards and planning processes, support of budget and annual planning processes in close cooperation with sales and operations

Your profile:

• Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable education and training
• Experience in sales environment, business analytics, sales operations or comparable functions
• Confident handling of ERP and BI systems (ideally SAP, Power BI, Jedox)
• Strong numerical understanding, analytical and conceptual skills, technical understanding
• Very good German and good English skills
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork
