About the job

Do you enjoy winning new exhibitors, persist even in the face of rejections, and work in a structured manner? For Man's World, we are looking for a sales-strong personality who actively approaches new customers, accompanies offers through to completion, and also pitches in with administration and event implementation. Your focus is clearly on active sales.

What you achieve

• You research suitable companies and actively win new exhibitors for Man's World
• You make contact, recognise the needs of potential partners, and present suitable participation opportunities
• You create offers, conduct negotiations, and accompany interested parties through to completion
• You reliably keep track of contacts, offers, agreements, and appointments and ensure clean administrative processing.
• You support the planning and execution of the main event and side events – especially in the care of exhibitors and on-site implementation.
• You coordinate meetings, briefings, and debriefings with internal and external stakeholders.

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: In the commercial sector, or in a comparable function
• Professional experience: At least 2-3 years of professional experience ideally in B2B acquisition or in the sale of complex offers
• Enjoyment in independently approaching potential new customers and consistently pursuing sales opportunities
• Sales skills, persuasiveness, and a confident manner in conversations with different contacts
• A structured and precise way of working: You keep an overview even with many contacts, offers, and appointments
• Willingness to reliably take on administrative tasks alongside sales and to help operationally at events
• A completed commercial basic or further training or a comparable qualification
• German (C1)
• English (B1)
