What you can get moving.

• With your work you will contribute to maintaining deadlines and the quality of the work carried out, as well as the availability of the SBB fleet.
• In the role of specialist in work preparation you will carry out work preparation activities, price definition/supervision and management of work processes.
• You will be responsible for the correct implementation of times and methods to ensure optimal production in terms of quality, timing and costs.
• You will keep the processes within your competence effective, robust and up to date, implementing targeted and continuous improvements.
• You will interface with all relevant departments to ensure effective information exchange.
• You will therefore perform an exemplary function, constantly improving yourself. You will support colleagues in small and large multidisciplinary working groups.

What you bring with you.

• You are a dynamic person, open to new challenges, responsible, proactive and with good communication skills.
• You are sensitive to safety and operational security issues.
• You have completed training at the SSST technical school level or equivalent and basic training in the mechanical or electrotechnical field (CFC).
• You have experience in the AVOR sector (work preparation) and knowledge of SAP.
• Your mother tongue is Italian or German and you have good/excellent knowledge of the other language (level B2).
