The Zurich City West hotel complex combines three hotel brands from AccorHotels – Novotel, ibis, ibis budget – and offers 459 rooms accommodating around 1,000 guests. The 4-star business hotel Novotel Zurich City West has 144 rooms, including 5 suites. In our restaurant "The Flave" we serve à la carte dishes and menus that combine local influences with Mediterranean elegance. Our offer is complemented by a bar, 5 seminar and banquet rooms, two escape rooms, as well as an indoor pool with a fitness room.

To strengthen our reservations team, we are looking immediately for a reliable, organised and service-oriented personality as a Reservation Agent (m/f/d) in a part-time capacity of 50%, spread over five half days per week.

Job Description

• Processing and checking reservations for individual guests & groups
• Responding to email and telephone enquiries in German and English
• Upselling to higher room categories
• Preparation of group contracts
• Checking arrivals for the following day

Qualifications

• Very good spoken and written German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Organisational talent
• Team player
• Good MS Office skills
• Experience in a reservations department is an advantage
• Experience with Opera Cloud is an advantage
