About the job

Your tasks
- Accompanying and supporting our patients during the night, taking into account their individual needs, including resource-oriented treatment and advice, for example with sleep-promoting measures.
- Successfully managing complex situations in a two-person team, remaining calm and professional.
- Carrying out patient admissions at night together with the medical specialist and precisely documenting all relevant events and activities.
- You take responsibility for the operation of the ward during the night, ensure a smooth process and additionally support the day shift if necessary.
Your profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist FH/HF (for foreign qualifications, recognition or a positive pre-check by the Swiss Red Cross is required).
- Professional experience in psychiatry, ideally in the care of elderly people, or interest in specialising in this field.
- Enjoy working in a two-person team and night shifts, keeping an overview even in complex situations.
- Resilience, independence, sense of responsibility and ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams.
- Good IT skills and very good German language skills (at least C1) for administrative tasks.

First day of work
