Deputy Team Leader In-House Repair 80-100%
What you will do:
- Planning and execution of repair orders (approx. 60% operational), including preparation of failure analyses and repair quotations (approx. 40% administrative)
- Participation in the optimisation of repair processes considering 5S, Lean, ESD, and occupational safety standards
- Taking over and leading smaller internal projects as well as active participation in technical and organisational improvements
- Assuming the professional and disciplinary deputy role of the team leader
- Leading, coaching, and enabling the team in daily operations as well as ensuring efficient collaboration
What you bring:
- Completed vocational training as an electronics technician or comparable technical education; further education at HF/FH level is an advantage
- At least 7+ years of professional experience, especially in the assembly of electronic and electromechanical components; IT, RMA, and SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Initial leadership experience or clear motivation for the next step into a leadership role
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Team-oriented personality with strong problem-solving skills and a high willingness to learn
- Very good German and good English skills (B1) as well as confident communication and presentation abilities
