Area of responsibility

• Process Management: Analyse, optimise and further develop business processes along the value chain
• Digitalisation & AI: Identify and evaluate automation, digitalisation and AI potentials
• Business Analysis: Gather requirements and develop future-oriented solutions together with the specialist departments
• Solution Design: Design economical and sustainable business and IT solutions
• Project Implementation: Coordinate and accompany projects with specialist departments, IT and external partners
• Business & IT: Ensure dialogue between specialist departments and technology as a central interface
• Change Management: Successfully introduce new solutions and promote acceptance in the business
• Innovation: Observe trends and developments in retail and contribute new ideas

Profile

• Education: Higher education in business informatics, business engineering or comparable field Experience: Several years of experience as a business engineer, business analyst or at the interface between business and IT
• Expertise: Knowledge in process management, requirements engineering as well as digitalisation and automation solutions
• IT understanding: Understanding of business applications and digital business processes
• Personality: Analytical, pragmatic and solution-oriented
• Working method: Self-initiated, implementation-strong and networked thinking
• Communication: Convincing appearance and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders
• Languages: Fluent German and good English skills
