About the job

The Special Education Center Hagendorn specializes in the education and care of children and adolescents with cognitive and/or multiple disabilities.

To support our team, we are looking for you as a school special education teacher / special educator in our upper-level learning group (13-16 year old adolescents) starting August 1, 2026.

Your Tasks

Responsible for planning and conducting joint and individual teaching units
Designing and planning support with skill goals, primarily in cross-disciplinary competencies and key person work
Accompanying the support plans in collaboration with parents and your interdisciplinary professional team (therapists, social educators, educational staff, and department management)
Innovative development in school and teaching

Your Profile

Completed studies in school special education or teaching diploma with willingness to complete corresponding further training
Experience teaching children and adolescents with cognitive disabilities or motivation to acquire this
Innovative personality
