Nestled in the gentle hilly landscape of the Gantrisch region lies the Rüschegg school – a place where learning is personal, close to nature, and community-oriented. Our school combines rural tranquility with educational quality and a strong sense of togetherness.
Around 137 children and young people attend our school from kindergarten to lower secondary level. They are taught by a dedicated, manageable team that lives collaboration, openness, and mutual support.

From the 29/30 school year, the school will be run as a pure primary school.

Tasks
- Educational, personnel, and organizational leadership of the school
- Further development of school and teaching quality with a focus on AdL
- Promotion of a cooperative and appreciative team culture
- Ensuring smooth school operations
- Collaboration with authorities, parents, and external specialist agencies
- Design and support of school development processes
As school management, you will shape the further development of our school together with the team. You lead with clarity and empathy, create orientation, and promote a trusting collaboration.
You combine operational management with educational vision and actively contribute to a positive, future-oriented school culture.

- Completed training as a school principal
- Leadership experience in a school or comparable context
- Educational understanding and joy in school development
- Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and organizational talent
- High social competence and the ability to connect people
